People who work closely with animals know there is an exchange communication of information between the person and the animal. How does this happen? How do we know what one another is saying?
The answer is energy. Physics has shown that our bodies and our thoughts are made up of energy. With this understanding it becomes somewhat easier to grasp how we can communicate with another species. An animal does not have full command of our native language although they may understand some words and phrases. And they do sense our needs and wants. They do speak to us, but it is not in a format that we readily recognize and we humans in turn speak to them in the same way. We speak to one another through the format of energy. It takes the form of clairvoyance, telepathy, clairsentience, clairaudience, knowing, and other intuitive forms. By using these skills, the Animal Communicator picks up and objectively filters these energetic transmissions that we send to one another. To put words to the picture the animal is sending (clairvoyance); to put words to what the animal is feeling (clairsentience); to put words to the tone or sound an animal is sending (clairaudience); or to put words to what we would call the "gut-hunch," that deep feeling regarding what happened (intuitive knowing).
We all have these abilities, some more developed than others. An Animal Communicator has deepened these skills so they may be of service to the clients - both animal and human.
The biggest challenge to people communicating with animals is simply believing that they are able to do this! Yet people use their intuition every day in situations at home and at work. Believing in ones intuition is the first step in being able to communicate with animals.
The other challenge in intuitive communication is "attachment to outcome." It is very important to be objective, to not pre-determine what the outcome of the communication will be, what you would like it to be. After all, the animal may have surprising information for their person that they never expected! So the Animal Communicator must be open to what she / he have to say. Be open and be objective.
Barbara was of tremendous support to our family when our bunny
ran away and was returned home traumatized with a shattered hind leg and
broken teeth. Barbara ran healing energies through Bun Bun's system to bring
him out of his frozen state of shock and to facilitate his recovery from surgery to
amputate his leg. Thanks to Barbara's energy work, Bun Bun was hopping around
within hours after surgery and so perky that the doctor chose not to give him any
pain killers because she didn't want to disturb his good mood!

Barbara has helped me many times over the years to figure out what
my cat Lucy and my dog Fudge are trying to tell me. Lucy kept peeing around
the house and with Barbara's help she stopped. Fudge is very old and he
recently couldn't get up on all fours. Barbara talked to fudge and gave him color
and healing energy to help him and prepare him for a possible euthanasia.
She did a lot of energy work and intuitive consulting over many days
monitoring his progress and state of being (and then reporting to me).
Thankfully a Chiropractic vet got him up and walking again. Barbara and
Fudge work very well together and do it regularly. The benefits for Fudge
are that he feels pretty good, despite his age of 15 years. He's always
more alert and energetic after working with Barbara.
